First, you can manually pull the retracted nipple from within the breast and hold it in place for a while. If this method is not effective, you can try the syringe suction method. Prepare a 10-milliliter plastic syringe, remove the outer casing from the front end of the syringe; withdraw the needle core, turn the syringe upside down, and align the open end of the outer casing with the retracted nipple. Then, insert the needle core from the cut end of the syringe, gently suction, and use the negative pressure of the syringe to pull out the retracted nipple, holding it in place for 5-6 minutes. Repeat 1-2 times daily.
