Pan Cake Dumplings
1. Knead the warm wheat dough into a long, evenly thick strip.
2. Divide it into 15g portions.
3. Shape each portion into a flat piece with your hands.
4. Roll the flat piece into a round wrapper with a diameter of about 10 cm using a rolling pin.
5. Place the filling in the center.
6. Fold the top edge up into thirds.
7. Pinch the edges tightly.
8. Use both hands to pinch the edges into a decorative pattern.
9. Fold the two bottom corners upward to form the dumpling shape.
Three-Hole Dumplings
1. Take 300g of warm wheat dough, knead it into a long strip, and divide it into 12g portions. Roll each portion into a round wrapper and place the filling inside.
2. Fold the top edge up into thirds and pinch the edges tightly.
3. Fold each edge inward and stick them to the other side to form three holes.
4. The surface should resemble a three-hole pattern.
5. Fill each hole with different colored decorative materials.
6. The dumpling is now ready. Steam over high heat for 6 minutes to cook.
Colorful Mandarin Duck Dumplings
1. Divide the warm wheat dough into three equal portions. Use red yeast and saffron natural dyes to color two portions, then roll them into strips and cut into 6.5g portions.
2. Roll each portion into a round wrapper.
3. Divide the pink and yellow wrappers into two equal halves.
4. Place a white wrapper on the bottom and top it with half of the pink and yellow wrappers, pressing them together firmly.
5. Lock the edges.
6. Place the filling on the colored side.
7. Fold it in half and pinch it together to form two holes.
8. Fold each hole in opposite directions and pinch them together.
9. Pinch the edges into the shape shown in the diagram to complete the dumpling.
Rabbit Steam Dumplings
1. Take 300g of warm wheat dough, knead it into a long strip, and divide it into 12g portions. Roll each portion into a round wrapper and place the filling inside, pinching the edges to enclose the filling in the center.
2. Pinch the edges longer.
3. Flatten the dumpling.
4. Cut it into two pieces with scissors.
5. Press the ends with a toothpick to form rabbit ears, then fold them upward.
6. Use edible red food coloring to decorate the dumplings.
7. The dumplings are now ready. Steam over high heat for 6 minutes to cook.
