23. Do you prefer working alone or in a team? Answer: I tend to be more independent, so I like to brainstorm ideas according to instructions first, and then pause to carefully consider how to complete them. I have always been interested in talent acquisition, and I believe that under your guidance, I can make significant contributions to your company. From my understanding of this position, you and Paul Verre will hold weekly meetings to discuss new work guidelines and candidate requirements. At that time, I will sit down and carefully screen candidates while arranging interviews with several applicants who meet the job requirements. After that, of course, I will do my best to arrange their positions. I also anticipate that the work of this position will include making calls to attract new clients to expand our candidate pool and identify more career-related information. Coincidentally, I know many people from both sides of the labor market—job seekers and employers. I look forward to sharing my career insights with you and Mr. Paul.
Loud Answer: I am a great team player, and I cherish the opportunity to work together with a friendly team toward a common goal. I feel comfortable in a team setting. I enjoy team activities such as brainstorming to solve problems, naming brands, jointly developing strategic plans, and analyzing new market trends together. My last job was at a well-known brand company, where our meetings sometimes lasted for days. I was happy to take action with my team members. We would sit in a conference room, close the door, with a stack of papers, markers, various toys, piles of newspapers and magazines, and discuss important issues related to corporate identity until everyone was satisfied with the solutions. I know your company is also structured around a true team concept, and I hope to hear more about it.
24. What motivates you to work harder? Answer: When people truly expect me to serve them wholeheartedly. I will do my best to perform well. As an assistant scheduler, I have four supervisors, and I get along well with all of them. After the Christmas holiday, all four of them went on vacation at the same time. During that week, I managed the entire center team alone, with no instructions, and provided some strategies for several customers. I also had an idea about the retirement market, which became the main content of our new fall marketing plan. I enjoy working as a team member, but that week’s performance proved that as long as there is motivation pushing me forward, I can also complete the work well on my own.
Bonus Points: Share your ideas about the retirement market. Ask the interviewer about the markets your company targets and naturally propose a market solution on-site to leave a strong impression. P26-27
