"Teacher! Teacher!" One day before class, the cute student Judy ran up to me, "In a month, I'm going to attend a very formal banquet, but yesterday after putting on a cheongsam, I noticed extra flab on both sides of my outer thighs. What should I do?"
"Don't worry, our side leg lift exercise is specifically designed to sculpt the muscles on the outer hips!" I said.
"Really? That's great! I'll definitely practice harder," Judy replied with determination.
In the following days, Judy worked very hard on this exercise in class. Two weeks later, Judy happily told me, "Teacher, teacher, I tried on the cheongsam yesterday, and it fit perfectly! Those flabs on my thighs seemed to disappear automatically!"
"Congratulations!" I said to Judy. "But those flabs won't just vanish on their own. It's all because you worked so hard and focused on imagining the results!"
In yoga therapy, visualization is very important. For those who want to sculpt their bodies and restore alluring curves, when performing exercises to shape the body, it's essential to concentrate your mind on the target area. Even more so, visualize the muscles you want to work on—feeling their "strengthening, sculpting, and infinite extension." I'm not lying; the lines really become more slender and beautiful, and it's very effective. Just like Judy, after a month of yoga therapy training, she truly became more curvaceous when wearing a cheongsam!
Eliminating armpit fat, lifting the breasts centrally, overcoming drooping "eight-shaped" breasts, and dealing with back fat
Don't think yoga therapy is just for weight loss and health. It also helps improve the beauty of the bust line. During my teaching, I've encountered several women with loose breasts, those suffering from armpit fat, or those with drooping "eight-shaped" breasts. They asked me, "Teacher, is there really a way to make our breasts more beautiful?" Of course, there is! I designed a breast-enhancing course for these women who wanted to improve their bust. This course focuses on training the pectoral muscles from the front and back.
On the front part, the training targets the pectoral muscles, which can eliminate armpit fat, lift the breasts centrally, and overcome drooping "eight-shaped" breasts.
