Different for different people, some may not feel much pain, or even none, until they discover an ectopic pregnancy rupture. I experienced pain in the lower back, on both sides of the abdomen, specifically in the location of the fallopian tubes. The side with the ectopic pregnancy would have more intense pain. The pain comes in waves and is bearable. It is still very necessary to go to the hospital for a check-up as soon as possible.
