Features: With the vigorous development of the commodity economy — the market economy, the bankruptcy law system has achieved unprecedented progress. Compared to the relatively complete bankruptcy law systems in Western countries, our current bankruptcy law appears quite imperfect, especially after China's entry into the World Trade Organization, this issue has become even more prominent.
