Features: Since impromptu public speaking is spontaneous, without a carefully prepared speech, it allows for the deliberate inclusion of jokes, anecdotes, stories, etc. This helps better articulate one's opinions and viewpoints, making the content engaging and vivid. After the initial outline is formed, the speaker should observe the audience and the scene, capturing people or situations relevant to the topic and incorporating them naturally into the speech to make it more vivid and appealing. However, the added content should not stray too far from the topic; it should serve to support the argument or clarify the issue. So, how can one deliver an organized impromptu speech within a limited time? First, clarify what to speak about, then design how to deliver it. In general, impromptu speaking situations have known backgrounds and specific environments, so the broad topic is determined. The key is to grasp the characteristics of the on-site atmosphere and add some fresh remarks. The content added should suit the temporary nature of impromptu speaking, ensuring the speech is both structured and flexible. At this point, it's crucial not to repeat what others have said, avoiding repetition and striving for originality. Because words that move people must be genuine and fresh. To achieve this, an effective approach is to elevate the perspective, shift the angle, adopt a high-level overview, and explore new paths. Even while being physically present, one should mentally step outside the situation, observe the bigger picture, and carefully analyze the circumstances before making a decision. If speaking first, aim to make a strong opening; if speaking later, strive to have the final say, offering insights others haven't shared, which demonstrates originality. Whether to speak first or later depends on one's inspiration, understanding of the issue, and perception of the scene. Analyze the pros and cons and make an appropriate decision. In short, choose a suitable angle and the best timing to showcase yourself, which increases the likelihood of success. P111-112
