Primary infertility

Patient's question:

Left fallopian tube is not completely blocked, right fallopian tube is unobstructed, consistent with signs of pelvic adhesions. Fluid accumulation in the rectocele.

Doctor's answer:

You should measure your basal body temperature or use an ovulation test kit to check for ovulation, and monitor with an ultrasound if necessary. If ovulation does not occur, medication to stimulate ovulation should be taken. Additionally, the absence of fluid in the ampulla does not necessarily mean that the inflammation has completely subsided. It is best to continue with a period of traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy, and then undergo one to two fallopian tube fluid infusion tests after stopping the medication to assess the patency of the fallopian tubes.
