Features: This book is divided into seven chapters and can be divided into two parts. The first three chapters are the foundational part, primarily introducing the basic knowledge required for inspecting cement equipment. In this section, it mainly covers the process routes for inspecting cement equipment, the power control of cement machinery, and the lubrication of new dry process cement equipment. Through these three chapters, learners will understand and clarify the main process routes in new dry process cement production, the types of machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and forced-air equipment used on each inspection route, the roles of these equipment in cement production, and the types of lubrication devices and lubricants used for lubrication. The last four chapters focus on equipment inspection, explaining the operational requirements, in-service checks, and the causes and troubleshooting methods of common equipment failures, based on the inspection routes divided according to the cement production process. The purpose is: first, to help learners understand the inspection locations and lubrication points of major equipment in the cement production process; second, to clarify the inspection content and methods of major equipment; and third, to enable them to simply identify common equipment failures and their troubleshooting methods during inspections. This book was written based on the changes in job positions in new dry process cement enterprises (from fixed positions to inspection positions), with content that is broad in scope, close to actual enterprise practices, and. It includes knowledge of process flows, basic knowledge of electrical equipment, frequency conversion speed regulation, and PLC control, as well as the basic knowledge of general equipment such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and fans. It also provides a detailed introduction to the inspection locations, lubrication points, and inspection content and methods for each inspection location of the main equipment used in cement production. This book can serve as a supplementary textbook for vocational and technical schools in the silicate industry and can also be used as a reference textbook for inspection position training in cement enterprises.
