Patient's question:
14-year-old boy, after sleeping, both feet are cold and sweaty, what's going on? How to regulate it? Thank you. Medical history and effectiveness: Has had childhood cerebral palsy since childhoodDoctor's answer:
This symptom cannot be ruled out as ataxic cerebral palsy, characterized primarily by lesions in the pyramidal system and cerebellum, with involuntary, rhythmic shaking of a part of the body in a single plane. The main symptoms of ataxic cerebral palsy are static tremors, coarse and rhythmic, temporarily suppressed during conscious movements, commonly seen in the upper limbs, sometimes, worsening during movement, with nystagmus. Pure ataxic cerebral palsy is rare and often coexists with other types.
