The most significant changes and modifications in this revision include: In Chapter 1 of the Introduction part, a section titled "Management and Environment" has been added; Chapter 4 of the Planning part has been adjusted and expanded to include content related to strategy; The chapter arrangement in the Organizing part has been significantly revised, with the addition of a new chapter titled "Organizational Change"; In the Staffing part, the evaluation of supervisors has been expanded to include content on "Balanced Scorecard" and "Excellence Performance Standards"; In Section 3 of Chapter 8 of the Organizing part and Section 3 of Chapter 14 of the Leading part, a more comprehensive and systematic introduction to the concept, types, development, and team-building techniques of teams has been provided. Other chapters have also been rewritten and adjusted as necessary. The emphasis on the scientificity, logic, and rigor of the content remains one of the major features of this book.
