Features: The moonlight of the city shines everywhere, while the exhausting cries of the daytime have stripped away our very bones. At this moment, the power of reading becomes prominent. Clearly, the city is not our home; reading is. This is a platform where various heroes gather. A large group of elites here lower their guard and speak, with every topic centered around the daily life events surrounding us. The sharp, passionate, humorous, and solemn styles all conceal a deep concern for the private ecology of the city. Thirteen themes, thirteen powers, pulling our thoughts out of the mire of daily life. Every time we read with tranquility, it will be a brush with the soul of thought. In real life, it's almost impossible to gather heroes like Li Xunhuan, Zi Feiyu, Lu Jiande, Hong Huang, Nie Yuanshi, and Wang An. Even if you hire a professional public relations company or conference company to plan it, it's still not possible. Yet now, a book has made it possible. Solitary individuals, whether male or female, appear outwardly stylish and fashionable, with a carefree and charming demeanor. Sometimes, during the Chinese New Year, they travel together to Dali and can rent out the entire foreign street, coming and going freely, which is quite enviable. In reality, when we see the Chinese New Year, we almost wish there was a hole in the ground to hide in. We love the opposite sex, but more than anything, we love ourselves. Without loving ourselves, we have little confidence in how much others love us, and we basically don’t hold out much hope. In Godard’s film A Woman Is a Woman, he says: "Men are hypocritical, deceivers, fickle, fraudulent, smooth-tongued, and arrogant." Love has betrayed us; we are often hurt, feeling gloomy, and when we reach the brink of collapse, we make up again. I am always tormented. Sometimes I’m wrong, but I’ve loved, and the things I love are hypocritical—cowards, things that make me feel ashamed. I leave. When we gather together and share the blows we’ve just suffered, you can imagine how the above words surge within me. Still, friends are better. The relationships between friends are simple, without love-hate entanglements, so there’s no need for criticism, suspicion, or mutual guessing. We can rely on each other. We imagine, as we grow older, finding someone to invest in building a kindergarten and a club together, to support each other in our old age, and to share our golden years. There’s nothing wrong with that. The prospects are bright, the story is exciting, and the love lasts forever, unending, until all our years are carelessly wasted, even if we ride white horses, we won’t be able to chase that time back.
