Features: In fact, the biggest flaw of leader-type employees is their arrogance, lack of patience, and insensitive nature. Although they can compete fairly and amiably with others objectively, they tend to look down on those who are inferior to them and often blame others, which severely demotivates colleagues and leads to low productivity. In the minds of leader-type individuals, they believe there's no need to spend too much time talking with others—just discuss what needs to be addressed. Adding to their inherent arrogance and impatience, they often cause many problems, ranging from insulting colleagues and hurting their self-esteem to provoking resistance and making situations worse. However, when they make mistakes themselves, they will admit them directly, just as they criticize others. In corporate organizations, leader-type employees are often a headache for leaders. They cannot tolerate being told what to do and always like to defy authority. Of course, sometimes this defiance is just another way of offering suggestions, but more often, it is entirely an unreasonable outburst of their emotions. Therefore, many "troublemakers" in companies, especially impulsive and reckless problem employees, belong to this personality type. It should be said that individuals with this personality type would be better off starting their own businesses and building their own kingdoms rather than working as ordinary employees. P29
