Features: The boss is truly a tiger, whether it's a paper tiger or a real one. There must be reasons for wearing the tiger skin. Everyone who achieves a certain status has something others lack. Maybe it's just good luck, but luck is also a part of life. First, opportunities always come with traps. Innovation means risk-taking. Whether you can distinguish between an opportunity and a trap is itself a test of one's ability. Second, not everyone is prepared to be a boss. Most people are just in a state of daydreaming. Dreams are not ideals, and they don't become reality just by dreaming. Even if a great opportunity is presented, whether you have the courage to try is another issue. Grand promises are one thing, but choosing to take further risks when faced with certain risks or staying put is a different matter altogether.
Moreover, even if you are determined to seize the opportunity, whether you can actually do so is also a test. Personal experience, financial foundation, or interpersonal relationships are all factors that can affect your ability to spot and seize opportunities, as well as the final success or failure. These things are not achieved overnight and require long-term accumulation. Only then can they be used at critical moments. Otherwise, opportunities are fleeting, and once missed, they cannot be regained.
Even if someone is lucky and has the right timing, they will still face difficulties and hardships throughout the entire entrepreneurial process. Not everyone can endure such hardships, nor can everyone invest the same amount of thought and energy into starting a business. Even if a business is successful and a career is built, there will always be new problems for the boss to worry about every day. Opportunities don’t always fall from the sky. Many bosses have the ability to spot opportunities, or even create them for themselves, which is how they have achieved what they have today.
Starting a business is always tough, and success is never easy. Behind every success story, there are many inspiring tales. Not everyone can become a boss, and not everyone can be a good one. According to sociological theory, there is an “80% phenomenon” in society. That is, 80% of the wealth and resources in society are in the hands of 20% of the people. The remaining 80% of the people only hold the remaining 20% of the wealth and resources. Without a doubt, among the 20% of people who hold most of the resources, bosses are the absolute majority.
On a collective level, bosses hold so much social resources that their influence on society is pivotal. In terms of status, bosses, no matter how small or large, are managers. Going it alone is just small-scale. To grow, bosses must be able to find talent and supervise it. However, nothing in the world is harder to manage than people. If used well, they can drive the company’s development and earn more profits. If used poorly, they not only hinder progress but also create conflicts and obstacles, even destroying years of hard work. The challenge of managing people is something every boss must address.
Whether managed well or poorly, bosses must organize people to occupy a certain space in the industry market and earn a living. This is not an easy task. In a company, whether dealing with big or small matters, bosses must always consider them. They must steer the company’s direction externally while resolving internal conflicts internally. Indeed, this is a very exhausting role. P4-P6
