Pediatric precocious puberty has been a topic of particular concern for society and parents in recent decades, as it is closely related to a child's final adult height and also affects their psychological development. Due to the relatively short time medical professionals have been studying pediatric precocious puberty, many questions remain under exploration. Meanwhile, society, parents, and some doctors still hold many unclear or even incorrect perceptions of the condition, leading to delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, and inappropriate treatment for many affected children. Therefore, a comprehensive and correct understanding of pediatric precocious puberty is especially important.
