Chronic endometritis has adhesions, what should I do?

Patient's question:

I previously had 2 failed IVF transfers. Hysteroscopy revealed chronic endometritis with adhesions. The doctor did not insert an IUD but only prescribed 7 days of anti-inflammatory injections before the next transfer. However, I still experience lower back pain and discomfort. What should I do? I feel the doctors here are not responsible, leaving me completely confused.

Doctor's answer:

Mild adhesions have little impact on pregnancy! It's not necessary to repeatedly undergo hysteroscopy.
