Features: Financial contracts are the central nervous system of enterprises, the focal point of various interest relationships within them. Different enterprises correspond to different financial contracts, and the same enterprise may have different financial contracts at different times. In a sense, corporate governance is the governance of financial contracts. Therefore, establishing a scientific financial contract system has become an urgent task in the reform of China's state-owned enterprises. This book traces the theory of financial contracts, explores the implementation mechanisms of financial contracts, analyzes the problems in the financial contracts of China's state-owned enterprises in combination with the actual reform of these enterprises, and proposes specific measures for improvement. It also forms the research conclusions of this book and puts forward issues that need further research.
