Features: "Highway Engineering Budget" is the national unified quota for highway professionals. It serves as the basis for preparing construction drawing budgets and the foundation for preparing engineering estimate quotas. It is applicable to new and renovated highway basic construction projects, but not applicable to independently managed component factories that produce components under product factory prices. It can be used as a reference for major and medium maintenance projects of highway maintenance. This quota is an engineering budget quota expressed in terms of labor, material, and machinery consumption. When preparing budgets, the labor costs, material costs, and machinery usage costs should be calculated according to the "Compilation Methods for Highway Basic Construction Project Estimates and Budgets." This quota includes nine chapters and an appendix, covering subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, tunnel engineering, protection engineering, other engineering and roadside facilities, temporary engineering, material collection and processing, and material transportation. This quota is prepared based on reasonable construction organization and normal construction conditions. The construction methods and quality standards adopted in the quota are determined according to the current national highway construction technical specifications, acceptance norms, quality evaluation standards, and safety operation regulations. Except for the cases where conversion is allowed as specified in the quota, the quota cannot be changed due to differences in specific project construction organization, operation methods, and material consumption compared to the quota's provisions.
