Features: The special campaign to combat commercial bribery launched this year is a major decision and deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. On January 6, 2006, General Secretary Hu Jintao delivered a speech at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, calling for a serious and comprehensive campaign to combat commercial bribery,, bribery cases. To help readers better understand the significant importance of combating commercial bribery and master relevant professional knowledge, the editors have compiled the book "Q&A on Combating Commercial Bribery and Case Commentaries." The book is divided into three parts: the Upper Part, the Middle Part, and the Lower Part.
The Upper Part is titled "Q&A on Commercial Bribery and Its Combating." It consists of five chapters with 131 questions. Chapter 1 primarily addresses issues related to the concept, characteristics, and causes of commercial bribery; Chapter 2 focuses on the fields and manifestations of commercial bribery; Chapter 3 discusses the identification and handling of commercial bribery; Chapter 4 addresses the harms of commercial bribery and countermeasures for combating it; Chapter 5 covers the special campaign to combat commercial bribery. By answering these questions, the book aims to enable readers to systematically and comprehensively understand and master the professional knowledge and related information about commercial bribery and its combating.
The Middle Part is titled "Commentaries on Typical Cases of Commercial Bribery." It selects and publishes 100 typical commercial bribery cases from domestic and international contexts, providing brief analyses from different perspectives. This is intended to deepen readers' understanding of the current state and characteristics of commercial bribery through these diverse cases.
The Lower Part is titled "Related Laws, Regulations, and Documents on Combating Commercial Bribery." It includes or excerpts 82 laws, regulations, and other documents related to combating commercial bribery, organized into five thematic sections: (1) Laws; (2) State Council Documents and Government Department Rules; (3) Interpretations and Related Documents; (4) Regulations on Party Discipline and Administrative Discipline Penalties; (5) Selected Implementation Plans for Combating Commercial Bribery.
