Features: This book is an excavation report on the Xiertala Cemetery. The cemetery was jointly excavated by the Inner Mongolia Team of the Institute of Archaeology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Hulunbuir National Museum, and Hailar District Cultural Relics Management Station. A total of 10 tombs were cleared, yielding gold, silver, bronze, iron, ceramic, wooden, and birch bark artifacts as burial goods. These are the first discovered remains of the Sibir people in China, providing important material evidence for studying the origins of the Mongolian ethnic group.
