Features: With the improvement of living standards, people are paying more attention to self-care, and a variety of health products have emerged. Taking magnetic health products as an example, magnetic cups, magnetic water purifiers, mineral magnetic water purifiers, magnetic belts, magnetic knee pads, magnetic insoles, and magnetic (magnetic should be translated as magnetic) are so numerous that they dazzle the eyes and overwhelm the senses. People may ask, is human health in need of magnetism? Yes. Humans need magnetism just as they need water, sunlight, and air—it is indispensable. The Earth is a large magnetic field, and humans live within a geomagnetic field of 0.35 to 0.7 oersteds. Humans are also magnetic fields; in the chest area, the magnetic field is equivalent to one millionth of the strength of the Earth's magnetic field. The brain, heart, lungs, muscles, and nerves all have magnetic fields of varying strengths, and even tiny hair follicles have weak magnetic forces. Scholars from the University of California, Los Angeles, used an electron microscope and a precise magnetic detector to explore the human brain and discovered approximately 7 billion magnetic particles, each about 0.05 micrometers in size, within the brain. These particles are naturally magnetic and gather in clusters of dozens. Humans are in harmony with nature, and changes in the Earth's magnetic field inevitably alter the human body's magnetic field. Why have many species in nature gone extinct? This is partly related to the historical shifts in the Earth's magnetic field direction and the weakening of its magnetic strength. Today, modern cities are rapidly rising, pushing humans further away from nature. While people enjoy the convenience and pleasures brought by modern technology, they also suffer from various forms of pollution, as the saying goes, "Blessings often hide dangers." With skyscrapers, bustling cars, extensive wiring, and dense pipelines, not only is the natural magnetic field disrupted, but the human body's normal magnetic field is also interfered with. Living in such an environment can lead to many diseases due to a lack of magnetism, threatening health. Japanese scientists have studied that the vitality of cells depends on magnetism. Newborn cells, which contain a high amount of magnetism, are round in shape. When the magnetic content in cells decreases and they age, they become triangular. Young people are energetic and full of vitality because their blood contains a high level of magnetism, allowing for smooth blood circulation and timely delivery of oxygen and nutrients to all tissues and organs. Older adults, whose blood contains less magnetism and whose cells have lower vitality, often have thicker, more viscous blood that is prone to stagnation, making them more susceptible to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. When the human magnetic field is disrupted or lacks magnetism, it can lead to disorders in the central nervous system, premature cell aging, weakened organ function, and impaired metabolism, all of which can cause various diseases. How can humans avoid a lack of magnetism? Drinking magnetized water may be a good solution. Extensive experiments by medical researchers in China have shown that magnetized water, which has been treated by a magnetic field, undergoes a physical change rather than a chemical one. Using a scanning electron microscope to take photos of the scale formed by ordinary water and magnetized water, researchers found significant differences between the two types of scale. Further X-ray diffraction analysis of the crystalline structures of the two also revealed differences to varying degrees. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, magnetized water can have a certain health-boosting effect on the human body. Magnetized water can dissolve calcium carbonate, which explains the principle behind using magnetized water to treat or prevent stone diseases. Some have found that magnetized water has about a 30% higher saturation dissolved oxygen content than ordinary water. After magnetization, water becomes ionically active, resembling the water inside living cells and easily penetrating cell membranes for absorption. This is the basis for magnetized water promoting metabolism, improving blood circulation, and enhancing microcirculation. Drinking magnetized water has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on urinary system stones, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and infections. P65-67
