When direct selling meets confusion

Features: Enjoying life means treating everything we do in the present as part of life. Direct selling is life. Only with a cheerful heart, understanding how to realize our lives in our work, can we make life joyful and fulfilling; only by putting it into practice in life can we experience happiness. I think many successful people can elevate their careers to a certain level because they see everything they do as important parts of life, savoring the joys throughout the process. Treating it as life makes it hard to give up, fostering a resilient character; enjoying the process, not eagerly seeking final possession, savoring every detail, viewing small growth as the greatest joy. Someone asked Henry Wadsworth Longfellow what secret he had to maintain high interest in life at all times. Longfellow pointed to an apple tree nearby and said, "This apple tree grows new buds every year, that is its purpose of life; I also hope to grow every year." Of course, we need results from what we do, but results without savoring the process are like swallowing a cooked chicken without seasoning—bland and tasteless. A person running a hundred meters naturally wants to compete for the first place, to run first himself, and he is naturally very happy. But if a rocket launches him to the hundred-meter finish line, how would you feel then? Approaching work with a life attitude also benefits by seeing one's career as life invested in heart and soul. You then have a peaceful mind, a firm belief, and a leisurely attitude to carry out all the subtle and comprehensive aspects of life, naturally and harmoniously integrating them into a scene of happiness. Living, working—everything at a steady pace, relaxed and natural, valuing both results and the process, where hardship is also joy, and labor is leisure. People often say direct selling is a market of multiplication, explosive, but in my opinion, it is more of a gradual business, growing day by day, bit by bit, accumulating over time. A person who focuses on the process will crave challenges to break free from habits and prejudices that limit their development. Such people are often those who set the rules and can therefore become team leaders. If we can approach this process with appreciation and look forward to a perfect life with joy, then I would say not only does direct selling feel comfortable, but it also means we have reached a certain level in life. Joe Capra once said, "Success is simply to fully utilize your potential. Get up in the morning with a smile and then pour your full effort into pursuing life—enjoy it, savor it, and reflect on it." Glen Van Akkeren said, "Successful people understand that success is not a distant destination or a final achievement, but a way of life." I think there is no better description of the relationship between career and life than this. P011-012
