Features: This book is a professional work on capital management. However, the capital management defined in this book is narrow. It mainly focuses on the operation of various capital instruments under the background of financial markets and does not basically include enterprise internal capital management based on financial background. The book is divided into eight chapters. Except for Chapter which discusses the general theory of capital management and Chapter 8 which involves capital regulation, the remaining six chapters discuss the main means and tools of capital management. Among them, except for a few capital instruments such as leveraged buyouts, which are still difficult to operate in China, most of the tools can already be operated in the domestic capital market. This is a product of the development and growth of the Chinese capital market and also a sign of market progress. The introduction of major capital instruments in this book is not consistent in terms of emphasis. Some tools are discussed more extensively, while others are covered less. This is partly due to the importance and frequency of use, and partly due to the availability of data.
