Celery with Tofu Skin
Ingredients: 300g celery, 200g waterlogged tofu skin, sesame oil, fine salt, soy sauce, and MSG.
Method:
1. Wash the celery, blanch it in boiling water, then rinse it with cold water, drain the water, and place it in a dish.
2. Cut the tofu skin into threads and arrange them on top of the celery.
