Features: The Labor Law is a law closely related to the work and employment of the people, serving as the basic criterion for protecting the rights and interests of workers. The current effective Labor Law of China was promulgated on July 5, 1994, and implemented from January 1, 1995. In response to the specific implementation of the Labor Law, the Ministry of Labor issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of Several Issues," and the Supreme People's Court issued the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Applying Laws to Labor Dispute Cases." To strengthen the supervision and management of labor security and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the State Council promulgated the "Regulations on Labor Security Supervision" on November 1, 2004.
