Abnormal leukorrhea, normal check-up, what's the problem?

Patient's question:

I feel my leukorrhea is abnormal, thicker like jelly, sometimes transparent yellow, sometimes creamy white. My underwear is yellowish with a bad odor, but it's not itchy. I took a routine leukorrhea test: fungus (-), trichomonas (-), microscopic examination shows + white blood cells, ++ epithelial cells, and rapid bacterial vaginosis test (-).

Doctor's answer:

Hello, as you mentioned, it is generally necessary to choose local or systemic application of antimicrobial drugs based on the elimination of the causative factor. The duration of treatment is determined according to clinical classification and the severity of the disease. For recurrent cases, the treatment time can be extended. Since it can be transmitted sexually, sexual partners need to be treated simultaneously. Wishing you good health!
