This series is a theoretical outcome of investigative research, revealing the universality and uniqueness of SME corporate governance from perspectives such as EU insights, Chinese pathways, Hunan strategies, and the framework of theory and practice. It analyzes issues in SME corporate governance in China and Hunan, proposing ideas and measures to improve SME governance. The publication of the "China-EU SME Corporate Governance Series" marks a new field of research and achievement in corporate governance studies by Chinese scholars, holding significant theoretical and practical value.
