Features: This regulation applies to new or expanded condensing power plants with steam turbine generator unit capacity of 125MW or higher, and also applies to the design of thermal power plants with heating units of 50MW or higher. Design projects for power plants equipped with the aforementioned units, as well as for power plants using clean power generation technology, can refer to this regulation for use. For foreign projects, consideration should be given to the country of the supplier or customer, combined with the specific circumstances of the project, and refer to this regulation for use.
