Had peritonitis, primary infertility, fallopian tube blockage, uterine polyps

Patient's question:

Primary infertility, appendicitis perforation surgery in 2010, which caused peritonitis.
Contrast examination in 2013. Ovulation monitoring was done in 2013. (Normal)

Doctor's answer:

Hello, I have carefully reviewed your medical history. I am not sure about your menstrual cycle. I recommend that you have blood tests during days 2-5 of your menstrual period to check your hormone levels. Additionally, around day 10 of your cycle, you should undergo ovulation monitoring to assess your ovulation status. If ovulation occurs on the left ovary, it may be possible to conceive naturally. However, there is still inflammation in your fallopian tubes. You have a history of abdominal surgery, and the right fallopian tube did not show up on imaging, suggesting the presence of pelvic inflammation. The chances of natural conception are likely not very high.
I recommend undergoing laparoscopic surgery after your menstrual period. The success of surgery to unblock the fallopian tubes is not guaranteed. The left fallopian tube has a higher chance of being unblocked, but if the right fallopian tube is blocked in the stromal area, the likelihood of successful surgery is low.
At the same time, I suggest that your partner abstain from sex for 2-7 days and undergo a semen analysis.
