Please help me take a look at the ultrasound results: the condition of uterine polyps

Patient's question:

Have another ultrasound to see if it has grown.

Doctor's answer:

Analysis of the condition: Hello, based on your ultrasound results, the analysis is as follows:
1. Both ovaries are normal;
2. The size of the uterus and the thickness of the endometrium are normal, and the uterine muscle layer is normal. There is one issue: a strong echo mass at the fundus of the uterus.
Advice: The strong echo mass at the fundus of the uterus is considered:
1. Endometrial polyps;
2. Submucosal uterine fibroids;
3. Inflammation-induced;
4. Other occupying lesions.
If it is inflammation, it will disappear after the inflammation subsides. If it is endometrial polyps or submucosal fibroids or other occupying lesions, it will not disappear after anti-inflammatory treatment. Since your current endometrium is 1.0 cm, it will affect the judgment of what it is. Therefore, the doctor recommends you to follow up.
I suggest you start an anti-inflammatory treatment for a course, and then have a follow-up ultrasound 2-3 days after your period ends. This will provide a clearer result. If it is an endometrial polyp, the treatment plan will be determined based on its size and morphology.
