Why do I always have a stomachache?

Patient's question:

I am a student, 18 years old... A year ago, at school, I suddenly had severe stomach pain. I went to a private clinic, but they didn't say what the illness was and just gave me two bottles of intravenous fluids... Since that time, I always feel uncomfortable in my stomach, and I don't know what's going on... Please help me analyze what the cause might be. Thank you!~

Doctor's answer:

At least you need to be specific about the location of the pain (e.g., left upper abdomen, right upper abdomen, left lower abdomen, right lower abdomen, around the navel?), the nature of the pain (severe pain, dull ache, cold pain, burning pain, etc.), the triggers for the pain (exposure to cold, overeating, etc.), the characteristics of the stool (loose stool multiple times a day, constipation, or other), and so on. Only then can a doctor make a preliminary judgment. Otherwise, it's not a doctor but a sorcerer, and it's not treating a disease but fortune-telling!
