Can be cured?

Patient's question:

I naturally miscarried on January 6th of this year. On February 17th (5 days after my period ended), during my follow-up check-up, the doctor said my right adnexa were thickened and diagnosed me with adnexitis. (I was hospitalized for 8 days after the miscarriage, and discharged with the diagnosis of complete miscarriage)

Doctor's answer:

If you have a history of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, it is best to identify the cause before pregnancy. On days 3-5 of your menstrual cycle, use the electrochemical luminescence method to test for endocrine function and anti-embryonic antibodies. On days 3-5 after your menstrual period ends, undergo a vaginal examination, dynamic digital hysterosalpingography, and vaginal four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. Generally, this can confirm the diagnosis. Some patients may still need further examination with an electronic hysteroscope or laparoscope. If inflammation is not in the acute phase, medication is not very effective. Through the above tests, you can not only identify the cause of the miscarriage but also determine if there is any fallopian tube blockage.
