I would like to learn about how to make my inverted nipples protrude again. I have previously researched this topic as well. The doctor told me that I can use the pulling method. However, I can't see my nipples; I only see the areolas, and there is almost no cylindrical nipple visible. So... I always feel that I can't pull them. Only occasionally, when I take a bath, do they protrude a little. But even then, it's only a small area.
I want to know if there is any way to stimulate them to come out. Or perhaps using an auxiliary device, such as a breast pump. But... but I don't have milk.
Doctor's answer:
Manual traction reduction combined with moderate stimulation is sufficient. Don't worry too much.
