Endometrial polyps recurrence after curettage

Patient's question:

Five and a half months ago, I was diagnosed with multiple endometrial polyps. After hysteroscopy and curettage, today two days after my period, a transvaginal ultrasound showed uneven endometrial thickness, with the most thickest part measuring 1.39 cm and uneven endometrial echo. I would like to ask if this condition affects fertility? If I undergo endometrial resection surgery, will it affect conception? I haven’t had children yet and urgently need an answer. Additionally, I also have cervical erosion degree II.

Doctor's answer:

Medical Analysis: It is recommended to seek treatment through a formal hospital for curettage. Post-surgery, sequential administration of estrogen and progesterone hormones should be considered to regulate the growth and shedding of the endometrium.
Medical Advice: Alternative treatments such as Yikunning, Nüjin Capsules, and Diane-35 can also be considered. During treatment, regular ultrasound monitoring should be conducted.
