II. Basic Safety Operation Knowledge
1. The distance between all small and medium-sized machinery and equipment and the switch box must not exceed 3 meters; each piece of equipment should implement the "one machine, one switch, one circuit breaker, one box" system.
2. Operators must follow the "cleaning, tightening, lubrication, adjustment, and anticorrosion" five-word operation requirements to regularly maintain and service the equipment.
3. When the equipment is in operation, the operator must not leave the post without permission and must always monitor the equipment's operation. If any abnormality is detected, the equipment should be shut down immediately. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited; professional maintenance personnel should be notified for inspection and repair.
4. When the hopper of a mixer is raised, no one is allowed to stay or pass under it. If repairs or cleaning under the hopper are necessary, the hopper should be raised and secured with a double-safety hook or safety pin before proceeding.
5. When feeding a concrete mixer, it is strictly forbidden to insert one's head or hand into the gap between the hopper and the frame to observe or probe the feeding condition. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to use hands or tools to dig or discharge materials from the mixing drum.
6. When operating a mortar mixer, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the grating of the mixer for loading. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to use tools such as shovels to dig materials inside the mixer to prevent accidents.
7. After the mixer stops working, it should be cleaned, the safety pin should be inserted, and the safety hook should be properly hung.
8. During cold seasons, after the mixer is finished working, the water in the water pump and storage tank must be drained to prevent equipment damage from freezing.
9. Before using handheld electric tools, check that the casing, handles, and cable cords are free of cracks or damage; ensure that the plug and other components are intact, the switch operates normally, and the protective grounding connection is secure and reliable.
10. The rubber cord of a self-provided handheld electric tool must not be extended. When the power source is far from the work area, a mobile switch box should be used.
11. When using handheld electric tools, operators must wear protective equipment as required.
12. The cable length of a vibrator should not exceed 30 meters. It must not be dragged over steel rebars to prevent damage or leakage. Operators should wear rubber-soled shoes (boots) and insulated gloves.
