1. Basic Safety Knowledge
1.1 Rights and Obligations
① Employees have the right to enter into a labor contract and the obligation to fulfill it.
② Employees have the right to receive safety production education and training and the obligation to master the safety production knowledge required for their jobs.
③ Employees have the right to obtain labor protective equipment that meets national standards and the obligation to wear and use it correctly.
④ Employees have the right to understand the hazards, preventive measures, and emergency measures on the construction site and at their workstations; they also have the obligation to care for others and help them understand the safety production situation.
⑤ Employees have the right to propose suggestions for safety production work and the obligation to respect and follow reasonable related safety production suggestions from others.
⑥ Employees have the right to criticize, report, and file complaints regarding safety production work, and the obligation to accept sincere criticism, good advice, and reasonable disciplinary actions from management and relevant departments.
⑦ Employees have the right to refuse illegal instructions and forced risky operations, and the obligation to abide by regulations and follow proper management.
⑧ In case of emergencies that endanger personal safety during construction, employees have the right to immediately stop work or evacuate dangerous areas after taking necessary emergency measures; they also have the obligation to report to the safety production management personnel or the person in charge of the unit (or project team) in a timely manner.
⑨ In case of work-related accidents, employees have the right to receive timely medical treatment for work-related injuries, work-related injury insurance, and accidental injury insurance; they also have the obligation to reflect on the lessons learned from accidents and improve safety awareness.
1.2 Safety Education
① New or transferred personnel must undergo safety education and training and pass the assessment before they can go on duty.
② Employees must receive at least one session of safety production education and training each year, and the training and assessment records are uniformly archived.
③ Employees must also receive relevant safety education or training during seasonal construction, after holidays, during standby and resumption of work, or when changing jobs.
1.3 Certified Work
Specialized workers such as site electricians, welders, high-rise scaffolding operators, crane signaling operators, crane installation and dismantling workers, blasting operators, tower crane drivers, construction elevator drivers, and internal combustion vehicle drivers must hold qualifications certificates issued by government authorities to be eligible for their positions.
1.4 Safety Briefing
Construction workers must receive written safety technology briefings from engineering technicians, sign the relevant documents, and participate in pre-shift safety activities.
