Pap test; Hydrogen peroxide positive, Leukocyte esterase positive, Staphylococcus aureus

Patient's question:

Frequency urination, urgency urination, incomplete urination, lasting for 7 years, checked for vaginitis on April 13, 2015.

Doctor's answer:

1. Leukorrhea test results: If all microbial tests in leukorrhea are negative, it may be due to vaginal flora imbalance. Vaginal suppositories can be used. Generally, a follow-up leukorrhea test is recommended 3 days after stopping medication, approximately 1 week later.
2. Urine test results: If there is no frequency, urgency, or pain during urination, it may be considered contamination during urine collection due to leukorrhea. If there are abnormal urination symptoms, it may be considered a urinary tract infection.
