Features: Having engaged in editing Chángshòu (now Huáxià Chángshòu) for nearly 20 years, my interest in exploring the mysteries of longevity has only grown stronger. During my spare time from daily work, I have become deeply immersed in this research topic—sometimes visiting prestigious professors on university campuses, or traveling to deep mountains and temples to interview wise monks; other times chatting with elderly officials in retirement homes to learn from their wisdom, or sitting in large assembly halls to listen to traditional health preservation teachings; or pausing in streets and alleys to question silver-haired elders in detail; or wandering in famous mountains and towering peaks, admiring ancient cypresses and pine trees; or lost in the sea of books and periodicals, seeking the essence and truth; or retreating to humble dwellings to contemplate the vastness of life. To thank the readers, I have now collected these scattered pieces, polished and compiled them together, for the review and critique of experts, the learned, and those interested in this topic. I eagerly welcome any corrections. If readers can gain even a slight inspiration or practical value for physical and mental health from this, I would be immensely honored.
