1. Before entering a pit or well, check whether there are toxic gases such as methane inside. Only proceed with work after confirming the absence of toxic gases. Maintain good ventilation within the pit or well. If any abnormal conditions are observed, immediately stop work and report to the supervisor or team leader for handling.
2. Excavation work should be carried out from top to bottom. Maintain a distance of 2–3 meters between two operators. Prohibit digging by undermining the foundation or by digging holes.
3. While excavating, constantly monitor any changes in the soil walls. If cracks or partial collapses are observed, immediately evacuate the site and report to the construction supervisor.
4. When hoisting soil or other materials, ensure that ropes, pulleys, hooks, and hoisting baskets are in good condition and firmly secured. No one should stand directly below the hoisting point during lifting.
5. No other work should be performed within the swing radius of an excavator's bucket.
6. No soil or materials should be piled within 1 meter of the pit edge, and the height of the pile should not exceed 1.5 meters.
7. When removing retaining wall supports, proceed from bottom to top. Fill one layer before removing the next layer. Do not remove all layers at once.
8. The power switch for operating a jumping rammer must use a directional switch. Reverse switches are strictly prohibited.
9. When operating a jumping rammer, wear rubber-soled shoes/boots and insulated gloves. When moving the rammer, turn off the power by pulling the circuit breaker. In case of a power outage, turn off the power and lock the switch box.
10. Strictly prohibit working under the influence of alcohol. Strictly prohibit joking while working at heights.
11. Strictly prohibit wearing hard-soled, nailed, or slippery shoes when working at heights.
12. When working on a floor, check whether openings are covered with protective covers.
13. Tools not in use during high-altitude work should be placed in tool bags and taken out as needed.
14. The height of brick placement on scaffolding should not exceed three layers of side bricks.
15. Strictly prohibit throwing or passing materials from heights to prevent injuries caused by falling objects.
16. When curing concrete floors, walls, or columns, avoid watering near electrical equipment to prevent electric shock.
17. When clearing debris from a floor, remove it into the floor area and pile it into a container before transporting it away using a sealed container.
