Features: To further promote the reform of teaching and improve teaching quality, the Textbook Review Committee of China University of Political Science and Law organized the long-term legal education teaching staff of China University of Political Science and Law to meticulously compile this New Era Series of Higher Political and Legal College Textbooks. Specifically, the textbooks emphasize the systematic nature of disciplinary knowledge; the methods of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems; the collection of typical cases, organization of reference materials, and writing of various exercises. All these efforts will not only help inspire students' independent learning, improve their comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities, but also facilitate students' learning and teachers' utilization of new teaching methods and organization of diverse teaching formats. In terms of format, the textbooks inherit the advantages of traditional textbooks, ensuring scientific, standardized, and unified design, while striving for innovation to meet the new requirements of higher education reform and development in the 21st century. The contributors to this series of textbooks are either influential academic predecessors in the legal field or emerging scholars in legal research. They are all frontline teachers with rich teaching experience, deeply understanding the characteristics and principles of legal education and teaching. This series of textbooks is the crystallization of their long-term dedication to legal teaching and research.
