Can I get pregnant with chronic cervical inflammation?

Hello: There is no problem as long as you actively treat it!
Western Medicine Treatment: Maintain external genital hygiene, frequently use a 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution for (sitting baths), change underwear frequently, and temporarily avoid sexual intercourse and (sit baths) after medication. For excessive mucus, you can use a 3%-4% baking soda solution for wiping, or 5% potassium dichromate or 20%-40% silver nitrate.
Physical Therapy: Treatments such as electrocautery, cryotherapy, laser, and microwave therapy.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment:
1. Damp-Heat in the Lower Jiao Presentation: Abundant leucorrhea (discharge), yellowish-white or purulent in color, or with blood streaks. Dyspareunia (pain during intercourse) or post-coital vaginal bleeding. Lower back pain, distending sensation in the abdomen, or frequent urination with pain, vulvar itching, bitter taste in the mouth, and dry throat. Red tongue with greasy yellow coating, wiry and slippery pulse.
- Over-the-counter herbal pills:
① Fù Yán Píng Capsules: 4-6 pills per time, twice daily, taken with warm water.
② Zǐ Gōng Wán: 9 grams per time, three times daily, taken after meals with warm water.
- Diet Therapy:
① 9 grams of Flat Bean Flowers and 12 grams of White Prunus Bark, wrapped in gauze, added to 200 milliliters of water, decocted to 150 milliliters, and taken in divided doses. Generally effective within 1 week.
② 30 grams of Fresh Silkworm Dung () and 30 grams of Coix Seed, decocted in a clay pot with an appropriate amount of water, taken once daily for 5-7 days.
2. Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Presentation: Abundant thin and continuous leucorrhea, poor appetite, fatigue, soreness in the lower back and knees, pale complexion, or loose stools. Pale tongue with white or greasy coating, slow and weak pulse.

② 30 grams of Eucommia () and 30-60 grams of Brown Rice, cooked into porridge, then remove the herbs and eat the porridge. Take once daily for 7-8 doses.
Home Self-Treatment:
1. Massage: First, warm your palms, then use your palms to push down on the lower abdomen several times. Next, massage the inner thighs several times, focusing on painful areas until a warm sensation is felt. Finally, rub the lumbar and sacral area several times, then switch to rubbing for 2-3 minutes to transfer the warm sensation to the lower abdomen.
2. Pessary Application:
① Ku Shen Suppositories: 1.2 grams per piece, inserted into the vagina once nightly.
② Fù Níng Suppositories: 1.6 grams per piece. First, rinse the vagina before bed, then insert one Fù Níng suppository into the vagina. Afterward, place a walnut-sized sterile cotton ball at the vaginal opening to prevent the medication from leaking.
These methods are suitable for damp-heat conditions.
③ 3 grams of and 6 grams of Snake Bedder, ground into a fine powder, mixed with wax to form pellets the size of bullets, wrapped in sterile gauze, and inserted into the vagina once daily until healed. Used for deficiency conditions.
3. Fumigation and Washing: 30 grams of Snake Bedder, 30 grams of Ku Shen, 15 grams of, and 10 grams of Huang Bai, decocted. First, fumigate and then sit in the decoction for vulvar washing. Suitable for damp-heat conditions.
