Is gynecological tumor benign or malignant?

Patient's question:

Yesterday, I went to the hospital for a check-up and found a 4.94.0 cm cystic-solid echo mass in the left adnexal region, predominantly solid with uneven internal echoes. CDFI: Flow signals were observed at its margins. The right ovary showed no significant abnormalities. Free fluid were seen in both the left adnexal region and the uterosacral fossa, with the deepest part measuring about 1.9 cm.
The blood test report was normal. The results were as follows: AEP 1.52 (0--20), CEA 1.38 (0--3.4), and Cancer-125 23.73 (0--35).

Doctor's answer:

To determine benignity or malignancy, pathology is required. It is recommended to have a follow-up ultrasound immediately after menstruation to rule out the possibility of physiological cysts.
