Symptoms of vas deferens blockage

Patient's question:

I am in my early 20s, still young. However, my sexual performance seems to be lacking. The amount of semen I discharge each time is very little. I want to have a child, but the chances of it happening now seem very slim. Is there a problem? Could it be that my vas deferens are affected?

Doctor's answer:

Symptom one is that the patient may have a history of reproductive system infections, surgeries, or injuries. Symptom two is that during physical examination palpation, there may be varicoceles or epididymal nodules, thickening, beaded changes, or absence of the vas deferens. Symptom three is that in the patient's routine semen analysis, the semen may be azoospermic or contain a low sperm count. Symptom four is that for patients with a history of infertility, there may be reduced sexual climax, incomplete sensation, or the occurrence of ejaculation pain or weakness.
