Finally, analyzing the theory of the state and the market from the perspective of the unification of naturally evolved order and state-rational constructed order can not only lead the research on the theory of the state and the market to a deeper level but also hope to establish a Chinese economic theory different from the "Western-centric" market economy theory. Second, the order policy of the state-led market economy is different from both the free competitive market order of Europe and America and the traditional state-planned order (an order completely constructed by state rationality). Third, starting from the order policy rather than the system to study the theory of the state and the market, the purpose is to find the consistency between the state-led market order and the harmonious economic order, and to find the unity of fairness and efficiency. Fourth, analyzing China's economic operation and economic development from the perspective of order policy, we can find the internal driving forces of China's economic growth and economic development, and thus find a general solution to the "Chinese puzzle."
