Features: Yao Hu is the youngest daughter of the new demon king. In her childhood, she accidentally entered a forbidden place. "The Fallen Angel" Lucifer sought reincarnation and hid "Absolute Evil" in Yao Hu's heart, triggering a fierce half-demon war. Yao Hu's mother died in this war. Yao Hu entered the underworld, struck a deal with the Underworld Emperor, and vowed to exchange ten thousand pure souls to bring her mother back. Yao Hu ran away from home and came to the human world to find pure souls. Five thousand years later, as the ten thousand pure souls were about to be collected, Yao Hu met four exorcists—Tian Ling, Zhi Hao, Dao Xiu, and Hao Xuan—and fell deeply in love with Tian Ling, the son of the wind who ruled the sky. Meanwhile, the fourth awakening of "Absolute Evil" was approaching, and Lucifer was about to be reborn. Yao Hu discovered that her love was burdened with a vicious curse.
Half-Demon War – This was a war fought in the demon realm, instigated by demons who rebelled against the demon king. Although it had been five thousand years, the war had split into two factions, each slaughtering and trampling the other. To this day, I still cannot forget the cruelty of that war. Undoubtedly, the outcome of the half-demon war was a victory for the demon king. His power was far greater, and those who followed him were also immensely powerful. I was the last of the demon king's nine children, and his only daughter, the little demon girl. During the war, I fought alongside the demon king, tearing apart our enemies, leaving not even their souls behind. In the heat of battle, a foolish grouped in, knowing nothing about the situation. Despite their ignorance, my mother died a terrible death because of them. The demon king used his own power to gather the fragmented souls of his mother and sent them cleanly to the underworld. Yet even now, I cannot forget her face covered in blood, her hand in mine, filled with endless worry. She gave me a sad smile and left me forever. All demons acknowledge my strength, and I am confident in my power. But all of this was nothing but my arrogance. Though I was called a powerful demoness, I could only watch as my mother was killed by humans who suddenly appeared, unable to save her.
"You... how could you..." I was too busy fighting the demons before me to save my only mother. My moment of arrogance cost my mother her life. I cried and begged my father, the demon king, to save her. But he coldly said she was already dead and turned away without a trace. Not only the demon king but all my eight older brothers shared the same attitude. Demons follow complete individualism. If you believe you are strong enough, you must leave your father and live independently. Therefore, for demons, love, friendship, or the bond between parents and children are rare. Most follow their parents, but many are more willing to serve those stronger than themselves.
"Yao Hu, I know you loved your mother and listened to her, but now, shouldn't you abandon these feelings? Your mother is gone. Unless the Underworld Emperor voluntarily sends her back, she cannot be resurrected. The Underworld Emperor, who rules over the dead, never makes exceptions—he cannot resurrect anyone. In short, your mother cannot come back. Do you understand? When did you become such a cowardly demoness? If you truly loved your mother, then abandon everything and send her to her rest."
The demon king had nine children. Eight of them were fully blooded princes, while the youngest was a demoness who inherited her mother's blood—that was me. Though there is no concept of parent-child love in the demon realm, our sibling bonds were very deep. Watching my mother's soul disappear into the underworld, I cried uncontrollably. My brothers looked at me with sympathy, comforting me with gentle words. But seeing my mother die before me, helpless to intervene, I fell into deep self-blame. Though younger than other demons, I disregarded everything and walked into the underworld. I was consumed by a single, obsessive thought: I must save my mother.
