One miscarriage, one biochemical pregnancy

Patient's question:

Last May, I had a natural miscarriage. Previously, the HCG check showed good doubling, and the progesterone levels were also good. It might have been due to high work pressure, leading to spotting and miscarriage. I did not have a D&C.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, immune factors, mycoplasma, gynecological chromosomes, sperm, and egg quality can all affect conception. It is recommended that both partners undergo relevant pre-pregnancy tests during the preconception period to reduce factors that are unfavorable for conception.
