Publish Date: 2000-06-02
Features: This book aims to systematically elucidate the longitudinal diagnostic basis and indicators for each disease while emphasizing the horizontal connections of a particular disease, i.e., providing a more detailed description of similar symptoms and imaging manifestations between a disease and related conditions. It strives to broaden perspectives and enhance the ability to differentiate diagnoses. Of course, this is just an attempt. It is well-known that in disease diagnosis, comprehensive knowledge and techniques must be integrated, and a rational diagnostic procedure must be mastered. This book is practical yet systematic, divided into five parts and thirty-seven chapters. Part I is on Ultrasound Basics, Part II on Abdominal Ultrasound, Part III on Gynecology and Obstetrics, Part IV on Cardiovascular Ultrasound, and Part V on Cranial, Superficial, and Thoracic Ultrasound. The entire book includes over 890 images, with more than 180 in color. To facilitate reader understanding, most chapters feature corresponding diagrams and annotations for ultrasound images, along with a few color Doppler flow imaging images, aiming to achieve a visually engaging and comprehensive presentation for reference by ultrasound professionals and clinical physicians in their practical work.
