Hip dislocation vs. pubic symphysis diastasis

Patient's question:

At the age of six, I had surgery for a hip dislocation. Now I have been pregnant for more than three months and have given birth to a child. From the later stages of pregnancy to after giving birth, I have been experiencing tailbone pain. When lying down on my left side, I cannot lift my leg by myself, and I have hip pain. The tailbone area is in constant pain, making it impossible to stand or move.

Doctor's answer:

This usually requires taking pictures to determine, as the severity of dislocation and separation is different.
