What are immune antibodies?

Patient's question:

I've been married for three years and want to have a child, but haven't been able to yet. Later, we checked at the local hospital here, and the sperm were normal, just a bit low in quantity, but still within the normal range. Ovulation was normal, the fallopian tubes were fine too, and the five hormone tests were also normal, with no issues found. Finally, we did a post-coital test, which said there were 0 to 1 live sperm. What could be the reason for this?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: This message indicates that cervical secretions are not conducive to sperm passage, which may be due to factors or causes such as antibodies in the cervix, or other inflammatory and endocrine issues. This can be effectively treated under the guidance of a doctor in a timely manner. Wishing you good health!
