Male infertility common tests

Patient's question:

I've been married to my husband for almost six years, and we still haven't had a baby. Before, due to work-related factors or health issues, we rarely spent time together, but in the past two years, we've been almost always together, yet still haven't conceived. I went for a check-up, and everything was fine with me. The doctor suspects that my husband might be infertile.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, conception is a complex physiological process that requires the following conditions:
1. Normal ovulation by the ovaries
2. Normal quality, quantity, and vitality of sperm in semen
3. of fallopian tubes, allowing eggs and sperm to meet and form a zygote
4. Smooth transportation of the zygote into the uterine cavity
5. Suitable endometrium for zygote implantation.
If any of these steps are abnormal, conception can be hindered. The factors or causes that obstruct conception may be related to the female, the male, or both partners, so both should be examined.
Wishing you health.
